Troubleshooting AI Signup Form Builder Error Messages

If you encounter an error message while using the AI Sign Up Form Builder, this article explains what each message means and how to resolve it.



AI Generation Errors

These errors appear in the AI chat when something goes wrong during form creation or editing.


"The AI generated an invalid form. Let's try that again."

The AI was unable to produce a valid form on this attempt. Click "Retry" to generate the form again. This is usually resolved on the next attempt.


"We're having trouble connecting to our AI service."

There was a temporary issue reaching the AI service. Click "Retry" to try again. If the error persists, start a new chat session. In some cases, the AI service may be experiencing an outage; try again after a few minutes.


"The AI response couldn't be understood. Let's retry."

The response from the AI was incomplete or unreadable. Click "Retry" to try again. This is typically a temporary issue.


"We couldn't load your AWeber lists. Please refresh the page."

Your AWeber subscriber lists could not be retrieved. Refresh the page and try again. If the issue continues, check your internet connection and reload.



Connection and Network Errors


"Check your internet connection and try again."

Your browser was unable to reach AWeber's servers. Check that your internet connection is active. If you are using a VPN or browser extensions that block network requests, try disabling them and reloading the page.


"You're making requests too quickly. Please wait a moment."

You have sent too many requests in a short period of time. Wait approximately one minute and then try again.



Image Errors

These errors appear when uploading or generating images in the AI builder.


"There was a problem processing your image."

This message can appear for several reasons:

  • The image file exceeds the 10MB size limit. Use a smaller file.

  • The file format is not supported. Only PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF images are accepted.

  • The image generation prompt was not accepted. Try rephrasing your prompt and generating again.

  • A temporary upload error occurred. Try uploading the image again.


"Files must be 10MB or smaller."

The file you selected exceeds the maximum allowed size. Resize or compress the image to under 10MB and try again.


"Only PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF images are supported."

The file type you selected is not accepted. Convert your image to one of the supported formats (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF) and try again.


"Maximum 4 files allowed."

You can attach up to 4 images at a time. Remove one or more files before adding additional images.



Title Errors


"Your form title could not be saved."

There was an issue saving the form title. Try saving again. If the problem continues, refresh the page and re-enter the title.


"Title cannot exceed 100 characters."

Shorten your form title to 100 characters or fewer and save again.
