 Status Definitions
The table below outlines each status.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | When you first create a workflow, it will be in Draft state. This means you're working on the very first draft of the workflow. When you're ready to activate it you may publish your work, and the campaign will now be "on". |
| On | When a workflow is On, it's is active and running. This means new subscribers are entering making their way through the workflow you designed. |
| Off | When a workflow is turned "Off", new subscribers will not be added. Any existing members of the workflow will not proceed through the automation until the workflow is turned back "On". Any subscribers queued up at a Wait step will continue to wait for the specified duration. If the Wait duration has completed by the time the workflow is turned back on, those subscribers will continue to the next step in your automation. |
| Closing | When a workflow is closed, the workflow will not allow new subscribers to be added; however, current subscribers will continue through the automation until the end. A closed workflow cannot be reactivated or even paused; they can however be "stopped". |
| Stopped | When a workflow is stopped, no new subscribers may be added, and current subscribers will not continue through the automation. A stopped campaign cannot be reactivated. |
