How do I restore subscribers mistakenly deleted?

If you've accidentally deleted subscribers from your list, don't worry. We can help you restore them within 30 days of them being deleted.

Restoration Window

Deleted subscribers can only be restored within 30 days of deletion. After this period, the data cannot be recovered, so it's important to reach out as soon as you realize subscribers were mistakenly removed.

How to Request a Restoration

To restore deleted subscribers, you'll need to contact our Customer Solutions team. They will review your account and process the restoration request for you.

Required Information

To process your restoration request efficiently, please provide the following information:

  1. List Name - The specific list where subscribers were deleted

  2. Number of Subscribers - The amount of subscribers you need restored

  3. Deletion Date - The date when the subscribers were deleted

  4. Invoice Verification - A recent invoice number from your account (for security purposes)

What Happens Next

Once our Customer Solutions team receives your request with all the necessary information, they can begin reviewing the account for the restoration process. You'll be notified when the restoration is complete and your subscribers have been returned to your list.
