How do I unblock a subscriber?

In this article, we will walk through the steps to unblock a subscriber in your list.

Step By Step Instructions

1. Choose the list you want to work with from the "Active List" menu.
   

   

   
   

2. Go to the Block Subscribers page in your list.
   

3. At the bottom of the page you will see your block list. Mouse over the email address or domain you wish to unblock and click the “Remove” icon to the right to unblock it.
   

   

   
   

That's it! You've now unblocked the subscriber and they will now be able to receive messages from you again.
