When you create a message you have the option to either schedule it to be sent in the future, or to send it right away. Sending a message right away is easy!
Step by Step Instructions
Once the message is saved, just make sure you are back at the Drafts section. If you are not at that page already, hover your mouse over Messages and click Drafts. Next, you will see the list of your drafts. To send your broadcast now, click the "Schedule" button.
Then, from the "Send Message" page click the "Send Message Now" button. After clicking this button, your broadcast will be immediately sent.
That's it! Now, your broadcast message will immediately be sent to your subscribers.
Important Note About Broadcast Sending Requirements
As of February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo implemented stricter authentication requirements for email senders. If you're experiencing issues with a disabled or non-functional Send button when attempting to send a broadcast, this could be due to using an unverified or non-authenticated email address in the "From" field.
To comply with current deliverability standards and successfully send broadcasts, your sending domain must be properly authenticated using DKIM, and DMARC records. If you're using a free email provider (like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com) or a domain you haven't authenticated, you'll need to either verify your domain through AWeber's domain authentication process or update your From address to use a verified domain.
