Can I increase how much subscriber space I have?
Yes, you can increase your subscriber space in AWeber to accommodate more subscribers. Your plan will automatically adjust based based on how many subscribers or sends you. need. You can adjust your plan directly from your account dashboard or contact customer solutions for assistance.
Can I increase how many emails I send?
If you anticipate needing adjustments in terms of subscriber or send limits, you can manually change your plan from within your account or by contacting Customer Solutions .
Should you exceed your current plan’s capacity for subscribers, AWeber will automatically upgrade you to the appropriate plan tier that matches your needs. This ensures that your email marketing operations are scalable and adaptable to your growing audience.
Is a credit card required to get started?
There are different pricing plans available with AWeber.
For AWeber Free, a credit card is not required. For the AWeber Lite, AWeber Plus , and AWeber Unlimited packages, a credit card is required.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts with our plans.
Are there any setup fees?
No. There are no set up fee or hidden charges with any of our account plans. Order your first month and get instant access to your new campaign.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo.
I'm a non-profit. Do you offer a non-profit discount?
Yes! We offer discounts to non-profits and students. Proof of non-profit/student status is required. Contact us for details.
What happens if I gain more subscribers than the limit of the plan I selected?
AWeber's pricing model is based on subscriber tiers and send frequency. When your subscriber count or sending frequency exceeds your current plan's limits, your account is automatically upgraded to the next tier. Downgrades, however, are not automatic and require you to contact Customer Solutions to adjust your billing tier based on your actual subscriber count. When you delete subscribers, your billing tier does not automatically adjust, so it's essential to reach out in order to request a downgrade if your subscriber count decreases significantly.
What happens if I send more messages than the limit of the plan I selected?
If your number of sends exceeds the limit of your current plan, AWeber will automatically upgrade you to the next tier plan that supports a higher send count. This process ensures that your email marketing activities can continue without interruption as your audience grows. You will be notified of this change and any associated adjustments in your billing.
